What kind of promotional products can I order?
The sky is the limit. If it can be branded, chances are we can get it for you. We are happy to help you with promotional products, corporate awards, and tradeshow booths and signage. We will work with you to give you custom recommendations or send you links to browse. Just let us know what you have in mind.
What is BRG’s turnaround time for promo products?
Our standard delivery time frame on most items is 2- 3 weeks after proof approval, this does not include shipping time.
Extremely large orders or complex designs may take longer, as well as any circumstance outside of BRG’s control like stock issues or weather delays could impact turnaround time, but we will be sure to cover that with you.
If you need a Rush order – let us know we’re happy to help. Keep in mind that rush orders do come with added costs.
How many pieces do I have to order?
Minimum orders are based on the manufacturer and all items must have the same decoration, however, sometimes you can mix and match product colors.
Can I change my order after I approve the proof?
Order changes are not accepted after art is approved, so please be sure to look over all the specs thoroughly before approving.
Can I submit my own art?
Of course! Vector files are preferred and should be in .ai, .pdf, or .eps format. Need help with your art? No worries, we’ve got you. Contact us for help with your project.
How do I pay for my order?
BRG requires upfront payments for jobs. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We will be happy to work with you and what suits you best.
