What is BRG’s turnaround time for embroidery?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-weeks after proof approval, this does not include shipping time.
Extremely large orders or complex designs may take longer, as well as any circumstance outside of BRG’s control like stock issues or weather delays could impact turnaround time, but we will be sure to cover that with you.
If you need a Rush order – let us know we’re happy to help. Keep in mind that rush orders do come with added costs.
How many pieces do I have to order?
Minimum orders are 24 pieces and all items must have the same decoration.
Can I change my order after I approve the proof?
Order changes are not accepted after art is approved, so please be sure to look over all the specs thoroughly before approving.
Can I submit my own art?
Of course! Vector files are preferred and should be in .ai, .pdf, or .eps format. Need help with your art? No worries, we’ve got you. Contact us for help with your project.
What kind of hats and garments can I order?
There are thousands of options. We will work with you to give you custom recommendations or send you links to browse. Just let us know.
Can BRG match my colors with thread?
The short answer is yes. We match the PMS colors provided with the closest thread shades available, so your brand is never compromised. If specific thread colors are necessary for your job and it’s something we do not stock a fee may be charged.
What are available decoration sizes?

How do I pay for my order?
BRG requires upfront payments for jobs. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. We will be happy to work with you and what suits you best.
